In this application, we will handle Max. 120bottle / min.
And we guarantee ± 0.1g accuracy.(Max. Capacity 1,500g).
Installed the Check weigher between counting machine and Silicagel insert machine.
To make smooth feeding, we insert turn table device between check weigher and previous conveyor line.
To make optimal interval between bottles, we add "Stepper device".
This stepper device will make sustain interval between bottles, and increase accuracy and processing efficiency.
QTC-WB015 model, can handle, max. 300ppm processing speed and guaranteed accuracy is ±0.1g(Max. 1,500g capacity).
Processing speed can be adjustable through controller setting.(Pharameter setting).
